  1. Hey, Tyler,

I canceled my gym subscription and am looking for ways to work out at home. I’ve heard P90X3 but have never tried it. I tried Insanity a couple of years ago, and it’s definitely insane! LOL. The workouts are too demanding for me, but they’re a good way to lose weight. It’s not for beginners, I’d say.

I’d like to try PiYo. I used to do Pilates a long time ago, and it really worked for me. The only thing I think was missing was cardio, but other than that, it was an excellent workout.

    Thanks for sharing.

  3. It’s a very thorough and well-designed web site with great overview. You really think- and explain in detail what the work out DVD’s is about, which different product choices your visitors can chose from, techniques, benefits, what they can improve with the training and the results of using it. But I just have difficult doing training with DVD’s. I have been in the fitness center 2 times a week now in 25 years. So, my best choice I could do at home would be Mark Lauren You are Your Own Gym.
